progression sleeve work

These pics are from the one sleeve. The backgrounds are yet to be filled in the last session to come.
I just wanted to get the progression shots out there so you'll have to excuse the vasoline shines until final shots are taken.

animal studies

Some random animal studies for different tattoos completed.
Most of these are done on a4 sheets of velum paper.

Small study of a hand tattoo.Ive drawn dozens of these head studies and Ill never grow bored of doing them!

mayan sleeve

Mayan inspired sleeve.
Theres a hawk under the arm and a pyramid that Im going to get some photos of next to show. I finished off the tattoo with some aztec patterns at the top of the piece.

owl and snake

Yes, its coming to the end of the year and Im still putting out new large pieces. The drawing for this was painstakingly difficult as I tried not to make it look like every other owl tattoo Id seen before!
Lots more thickening of lines and shade work next.

heart/hand

Had quite a great day tday with my client knocking up this little gem on the inside of the arm. Part of a full sleeve in progress. Amazingly the photo has not been bumped up in color on photoshop , Its just a clean untampered color photo with my amazing canon 500d.

skull back piece

This is a progression shot of a full back piece.Its the 3rd sitting that has begun with layering in color.Ill add futhur posts as the piece grows.
